Our Returns Policy
After receiving any item(s) you may cancel your purchase and return for a Refund within 14 Days. The buyer is liable for the cost of any return postage if the item is not damaged, faulty or wrongly listed in our descriptions.
If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. If this was a new boxed item it has to be returned in the original packaging.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly, we the seller reserve the right to deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the item being returned to our warehouse at Winsford Cheshire CW7 3RY.
