How do I manage the progress of my order and track the delivery of my item ?

We have made the process really easy by just using your HomeWise Account. If you haven't already, you can easily create one by using the same email address you used to make the purchase and we will link all of your details. You can then see the status of your order, with any notes or messages from the HomeWise team. Here you will see any tracking numbers if we have used a national carrier to deliver your item.

Do you deliver to my area, how much will it cost and how long will it take?

Do you offer a 2 man delivery service ?

Green: Economy delivery is included 'Free of charge' with your purchase, we aim to deliver normally within 3-5 working days but this maybe sooner. These deliveries are either carried out by a 2-Man delivery team who handle our nationwide deliveries or our own drivers who work alone.  We can also use a palletised delivery service if needed. This is at our discretion depending on your postcode and our delivery schedules. If we decide to use a palletised delivery when other options are not available they will deliver to a driveway or the front of your property.

Deliveries to the rest of the UK mainland and IOW are heavily subsidised by HomeWise Appliances and we keep any surcharges to these areas to the absolute minimum. 

If you enter your postcode at the point of check out this will then give you a more accurate price for any delivery surcharge.

The maximum surcharge in any of the areas is outlined below but we recommend checking your own postcode at checkout as some postcodes may be less.

The maximum surcharge in the following areas will be 

Yellow: £10

Light Blue (Cyan): £15

Pink: £20

Purple: £30

Orange: £40

Dark Blue: IOW £50 Palletised Delivery Service Only.

Maroon: £60

Do you offer a 2 man delivery service.

Our default service is a 2-Man delivery service who will take the item into your property if you have any special requirements regarding your delivery please contact us and a member of our friendly staff will be happy to help with any requests.
